1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and c777bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and govern all aspects of your access to and use of the c777bd online casino and sports betting services available at c777bd.biz and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised URLs.

This Agreement becomes effective at the moment you complete the c777bd registration process or, where no registration is required to access a particular feature, at the moment you first access that feature. Your continued use of c777bd at any point after these Terms & Conditions have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period specified by c777bd may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) c777bd account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement. c777bd employs automated and manual systems to detect multi-accounting behaviour. Where duplicate accounts are identified, c777bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets placed from those accounts, and withhold any bonus funds obtained through the use of multiple accounts.

When registering a c777bd account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You accept responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify c777bd promptly if any registered details change by contacting [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c777bd account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and not to allow any third party to access or operate your c777bd account. c777bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

c777bd operates an all-BDT cashier. All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and jackpot payouts are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the cashier process, and c777bd does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals at any account tier.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on c777bd:

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

c777bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotional offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and this Agreement, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence in relation to the relevant promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all c777bd bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonus funds and free spins expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the promotional terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• c777bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a bonus credited to a Member's account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering activity, or breach of this Agreement.
• Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited to the Member's bonus wallet separately from the real-money balance. The order in which real-money and bonus funds are used is specified in the cashier and applicable bonus terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets available on c777bd are provided by certified third-party gaming studios and data providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, Habanero, and Ezugi. The rules governing each game are determined by the respective provider and are displayed within the game interface or in the provider's published game documentation.

Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c777bd platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with c777bd.
• Registering or operating more than one c777bd account.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or allowing another person to access the platform using your account credentials.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing c777bd staff members or other Members via any communication channel.
• Exploiting software errors or system vulnerabilities to obtain credits, bets, or advantages not intended by c777bd. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be reclaimed.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the c777bd platform, including but not limited to the c777bd brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, photographs, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and software interfaces, is the proprietary intellectual property of c777bd or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the c777bd platform for personal recreational purposes only. 9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c777bd's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the Member's c777bd account at the time the relevant claim arises.

c777bd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, howsoever arising, even if c777bd has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

c777bd does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. c777bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds wagered on c777bd. c777bd is not liable for any gambling losses incurred on the platform by Members who have freely chosen to place wagers.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

c777bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Member's payment provider.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• A self-exclusion request from the Member under the c777bd Responsible Gaming programme.
• Any court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring c777bd to restrict the account.

Members wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any voidable bonus funds) will be returned via the Member's registered payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Dispute Resolution

Where amendments are material — meaning they alter Member rights or obligations in a significant way — c777bd will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email to the address registered to your account and by posting a notice on the c777bd homepage.

Minor amendments, including typographical corrections, clarifications, and non-material updates, may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication at c777bd.biz/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.
